      Travelling by a plane can be pretty exhausting so do not wonder lots of people choose to sleep in the plane and if you have a long hour flight and if you sleep in the plane can actually put yous health in a risk.
      You see when the plane is taking off or landing there is rapid change in air pressure insude the cabin and this effect air trapped in ears because there is not enough time to equalise pressure and vacuum appears in part of your ears that is called Eustachain Tube, when you sleep in a plane your ears are blocked and every sound you here is muffled thats why u need to be awake when this happens otherwise you won't be able to equalise the air pressure in the air by relaxing our opening up the Eustachain tubes and if you don't do this your ears might hurt and also can suffer from ears infection and also can cause nose-bleeding.

      To avoid all these unpleasent conditions we have to swallow a lot amd also have to produce enough saliva, now what we should we do to produce enough saliva, Here are those things you should do to produce salive
  1. Try Chewing Gums.
  2. Hard Candies.
  3. Drinking Water.
  4. Pinch your nose while you blow.
There are many things that can make your trip incomfortable.

  1. Ignoring the safety instructions.
  2. Wearing headphones or ear-phones.
  3. Taking off shoes.

  • Wearing Contact Lens - choose glasses during flights especially for long hours, The air in the flights cabin is much dryer than on the ground and it can irritate your eyes. If you plan to sleep in flight with lenses it can harm your eyes.



  • Eating Food - you can eat food in plane but try to avoide those food that touch the try table, Unfortunately the clean staff doesn't have enough time between flight to clean the cabin. Expert Claim that the Tray Table has 8x more Bacterai than the toilet flush buttons.


  • Forgetting to drink water - The dry air in cabin can make can make you feel disease, so staying hydrated is much important, wait here is the catch the water tank inside the plane are the cleanest thing on the earth so make sure to bring empty bottle and fill after your checking and make sure that you wont drink Tea or Coffee.

  • Using the Blankets - Many airlines provide blankets and pillows to the passenger buut they do not wash it and usually the cleaning staff dosen't take care until the day is over. The blanket and the pillows provided to you have been used by many passenger so there are lots of germs on that blankets and on pillows.

  • Not getting off from your seat - Sitting on your seat for entire flight is bad for your body, Get up from your seat stretch your muscles and walk for few minutes. If you dont want to leave your seat for some reasone you can still do same exercise while sitting on yours seat For example to stretch your upper body from left to right and lift yours knees to your chess

  • Wearing  Shorts - Germs are present all around your seat, to protect you skin from coming in cantact with germs make sure that you do not wear shorts when you are in a plane.



  • Neglecting Skin Care - If you fly in a daytime dont forget to apply sunscreen cream with SPF because you are much closer to sun.sometime just inside in a cabin or not seating on window seat that wont help you to proctect from sunrays, So make sure to take perfect skin care while you are in aplane
